My game is crashing

My game keeps crashing whenever i open a world i was in a world then pressed c and my game crashed so i went in another world and my game crashed instantly how do i make it stop crashing?

Version of minecraft 1.8.9

Version of Forge 1.8.9

version of Advanced capes mod 1.8.9

Try this.

#1: turn off your AntiVirus and Windows Defender

#2: use Task manager and Dont close it

#3: Open Minecraft Launcher then Log out, once you have done it Log in again

#4: Open Minecraft

#5: *Graphics setting* Render distance 5 or 8

go to controls and change c key to M key because c is for Optifine zoom and it won't crash. You can also use Optifine.
